Mirafa Group is a holding company being incorporated. Its purpose is straightforward: to bring together, under one structure, businesses built to last, and to give each of them the means to grow at its own pace.
A holding company does not trade itself; it makes other businesses possible. The group will provide the framework — capital, governance, financial discipline — and leave each business the operational autonomy without which nothing solid is built.
